- This 3Bhk apartment, spread across a carpet area of 1200 sq.ft. is actually a Show flat for one of the renowned builders of Mumbai.
Located in the heart of Mumbai city, it was a challenge to ensure that every square foot of space is carefully articulated & designed to open up the space & create a sense of luxury & spaciousness.
- Being a show flat, the design aesthetics were evolved keeping in mind the various different types of the walk in clients from diverse socio-economic backgrouds. Thus we tried to ensure that the palette of the interiors holds a neutrals and contemporary style of work which can will be appealing to most eye and leaves a lasting impression.
- Though the space has a minimalistc approach juxtaposed in contemporary lines, one can see the warmth added in the spaces through greens, wooden panels, carpets, soft furnishings etc. Also to open up the living dining space, we have added a huge mirror behind the dining, which not only makes the space visually larger but also reflects the natural sunlight coming in from the opposite huge french windows.
- Talking about the bedrooms each room was articulated through custom mood boards, keeping a sense of individual personalities, but at the same time blending well with the overall aesthetics of the house. One can see accent brass strips, gold shimmer in texture, finishing material as lacquered glass, etc adding in the Lux factor to the overall space.
